Of Baxley, GA passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Hahira, GA on August 13, 1948 to the late Merle Blanton O’Quinn and a surviving Mother Ruby Nell Register O’Quinn. He was retired from Georgia Power and was Baptist by faith. Mr. Bobby was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army he was an avid NASCAR fan and also enjoyed the outdoors especially deer hunting and fishing on the flats, and gardening.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M. Tuesday September 6, 2011 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta, GA. with burial to follow at 2:00P.M. in Omega cemetery in Baxley, GA. The family will receive friends this evening Monday September 5, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home
