Bonnie Davis Cole

Bonnie Davis Cole, age 80, of Hahira, Georgia, died Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Fellowship Home surrounded by her loving family. She was on born on April 23, 1941, in Nashville, Georgia to the late Mattie Lee Mercer and Leon Davis. She was a talented and gifted seamstress that worked at Levi Strauss for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; Bonnie enjoyed working in her yards as long as her health allowed; loved her cats, enjoyed fishing and most of all spending time with her family. Bonnie was preceded death by her parents; husband, Bobby Roy Cole; two brothers, Junior Davis, Albert Davis and one sister, Pauline D. Tipton.
Survivors include her children: Terri C. Holton and husband Mark of Hahira, Georgia, Ricky Cole and wife Lucretia of Savannah, Georgia; 2 grandchildren, Carrie Bolton and Mariah Getsch; 3 great-grandchildren, Naudia, Serenity and Jaden; 1 sister, Agnes D. Wolshin of Jacksonville, Florida and her best friend of over fifty years from high school, Sue Griner of Gainesville, Florida.
Graveside rites will be held at 3:00PM, Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Lakeland, Georgia. The family will greet friends from 2:30 until service time at the cemetery.
