Of Hahira passed away Friday, August 19, 2011 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born November 30, 1959 in Adel to Ralph Powers & Emogene Rentz Hamilton. Mrs. Mashburn was the owner and director of Redirect Counseling Services. Mrs. Mashburn was a member of the Valdosta Elks Lodge, Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce, and Lowndes County Family Violence Task Force. She was a certified substance abuse counselor and a certified clinical supervisor.
She is survived by her; Husband, Ricky Mashburn, Hahira, GA; Daughters & Son-in-law, April Mashburn, Valdosta, GA, Laci & James Rankhorn, Valdosta, GA; Mother, Emogene Hamilton, Cecil, GA; Grandson, Elijah Rankhorn, Valdosta, GA; Granddaughter, Kinsley Mayes, Homerville, GA
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday, August 23, 2011 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, August 22, 2011 at the funeral home.
