Robert James "Rob" Denton – 43
Of Nashville passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on February 16, 1973. He served honorable in the United States Air Force. Following his return home and he served as a Law Enforcement officer for 12 years. Because of his love for our country he returned to his military career, entering the United States Army. All total he served his country over 14 years prior to his medical discharge. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wayne Denton.
Survivors Include: Wife, Mandi Denton, Nashville; Daughter, Sydnei Denton, Nashville; 4 Sons: Andrew Denton, Hahira, Taylor Denton, Nashville, Tyler Denton, Nashville, Jonah Denton, Nashville; Granddaughter: Adalyn Denton; Mother, Debbie Kohlsdorf, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 2 Sisters & Brother-in-law: Teresa & Jason White, Ft. Wainwright Alaska, Brittany Denton, Aberdeen, SD; Brother & Sister-in-law: Christopher & Jasmine Denton, Wesley Chapel, FL; Sister-in-law & Brother-in-law: Shelly & George Dent, Lakeland and a number of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces & nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. As per his wishes Mr. Denton will cremated following the services and a private family inurnment will be held in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
