Of Valdosta passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2021 at his home. Mr. Burnham was born on December 7, 1935 in Walton County, Florida to the late Grover Cleveland and Emma Caroline (Boone) Burnham. He was the owner of Freeport Carpet and Decorating in Freeport, Florida. He also owned and operated Burnham Auto Service in Valdosta, Georgia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife, Edith Eanes Burnham, Brothers, Leo Burnham, Leslie Burnham, Earl Burnham and Sisters, Ruby Hardee, Gladys M. Garodnick.
Survivors include: Son, Mike Burnham (Kim), Quitman, Georgia; Grandchildren: Wilburn Michael Burnham II (Stephanie), Christopher Matthew Burnham (Megan), Julian Eanes, Kari Ray, and Dylan Ray. Great Grandchildren: Hannah Boston Burnham, Tripp Burnham, Adison Mackenzie Burnham and Henry Tucker Burnham; Step Son, Wayne Eanes (Wanda), Spring City, Tennessee; Step Daughter, Darlene Ray, Valdosta, Georgia; Brothers, Howard Burnham, Freeport, Florida, David Burnham, Freeport, Florida; Sisters, Marie Brenne (Aubrey), Choctaw Beach, Florida, Agnes Bishop, Freeport, Florida, Barbara Godwin, Freeport, Florida and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in Hickory Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, January 3, 2022 at the funeral home.
