Of Ray City passed away Thursday December 9, 2004 at his residence. He was born on April 3, 1969 in Honolulu, Hawaii and had lived most of his life in Valdosta before moving to Ray City 2 years ago. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Hahira.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday December 12, 2004 in New Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Tim VanLandingham officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Billy to New Bethel Baptist Church, 5206 New Bethel Road, Valdosta, Georgia 31605.
