Monteen Futch – 100 Of Adel, Georgia, formerly of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022 in the Southwell Health and Rehab in Adel. She was born on May 6, 1921 in Blackshear Georgia to the late Betty Lou Rogers and Emory Sinclair Raulerson. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Walter R. Futch, son, Danny Futch, eight brothers and sisters and daughter-in-law Nancy Futch. Survivors include: son, Emory Futch of Valdosta, Georgia; daughter Felecia Bennett of Leesburg, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law Pat Coleburn (James) of Hahira, Georgia; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Graveside rites will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the Riverview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the cemetery from 10:30 – 11:00 P.M.
