Addie Beatrice Latham – 76 of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on January 16, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. A member of Unity Sabbath Day Church of God, she walked in faith beside her husband, Pastor Billy Latham for over 60 years. She lived her life dedicated to God, her family, and the willingness to help whomever and whenever needed. Her life was an example of what a fulfilled Christian life should be. Bea’s sweet spirit and beautiful smile will forever be missed by all who knew her.
Bea is preceded in death by her parents, Minnie Beatrice (Faulk) and Homer Lee Wiggins; siblings: Nora L. Loper formally of Albany, GA, Homer L. Wiggins, Jr. formally of Leesburg, GA.
Bea is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Billy Latham; Children: Tammy Gandy and husband Lane of Valdosta, GA, Billy Latham, Jr. and wife Joyce of Valdosta, GA, Sherry Crews and husband Billy of Statenville, GA; Grandchildren: Gary Moore (Amy) of Stockton, GA, Brandon Gandy (Ashley) of Albany, GA, Justin Moore (Jenna) of Valdosta, GA, Skylar Gandy of Valdosta, GA; Great Grandchildren: Colby Moore of Statenville, GA, Braylee Moore of Stockton, GA, Ellasyn Gandy of Sylvester, GA, Grayson Moore of Stockton, GA; Sisters: Betty Gill of Sylvester, GA, Peggy Duggan of Americas, GA; Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta with burial to follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
