of Valdosta passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021 unexpectedly in Gwinett county, GA after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Alisha was born on November, 18, 1986 in Columbus, Ohio to the late William Mitchell and Wanda Terrell Garza of Valdosta. Alisha enjoyed riding dirt roads, watching movies and listening to music.
Survivors include: Husband, Timothy "T.C." Carroll, Sr. of Valdosta, GA; Daughters: Kylie Mitchell, Abygail Carroll and Addison Carroll of Valdosta; Son: Timothy “T.C.” Carroll, Jr. of Valdosta; Mother: Wanda Garza of Valdosta; Sisters: Michelle Garza of Greensboro, NC, Rebecca Garza of Greensboro, NC, Natasha Palaciosduarte of Greensboro, NC; Brother: Mickey Neece of Greensboro, NC; and a number of nieces and nephews.
