Of Lake Park passed away Thursday, March 1, 2007 in Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FL after a brief illness. She was born March 29, 1942 to Albert R. and Bertice Delk Carter in Lanier County, GA and had lived in the Valdosta area for many years. She was a homemaker loving and caring for her family. She was a member of the Westside Baptist Church in Valdosta.

Rhonda and Richard Barney – Panama, City, FL

Grandchildren – Kayla Barney, Ivy Brooks, James Tyre IV

Sister – Jeanette Goble – Dasher, GA

Funeral Services were held Monday, March 5, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the Westside Baptist Church in Valdosta with burial following in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
