Of Lakeland, GA passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at his residence after a sudden illness. He was born January 2, 1956 in Hahira, GA to the late Bill Phillips and his Mother, Hazel Mathis Stone. He worked with National Pecan Company after 18 years with Patten Seed Company as an Assistant Supervisor. He is preceded in death by his Wife of 38 years, Judy Phillips, 2 Sons, Little Andy Phillips, Robbie Phillips, Father, Bill Phillips, and a Brother, Ronnie Phillips.
