Anna H. Flythe, 78, of Valdosta passed away Tuesday September 23, 2003 at her residence after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Screven County, Georgia and had lived in Valdosta most of her life.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Valdosta and an avid NASCAR Fan.
Mrs. Flythe was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Flythe, Jr.
She is survived by four sons, Gary wife Betty Herrington Fort Bragg, NC, Steve Flythe, Valdosta, GA, Larry Flythe, Valdosta, GA, John F. & Kim Flythe, Adel, GA, sister, Hattie Rea Sikes, Claxton, GA, three grandchildren, Stephanie Bennett, Steve Flythe, Jr., & Justin Watson, great granddaughter, Katelyn Bennett: and a number of nieces and nephews
Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday September 25, 2003 at Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. As per the family request donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
