Of Lakeland, GA passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015 in Tift Regional Medical Center after a short illness. He was born March 17, 1946 to the late W.J. and Trudie Dorminey Leggett in Lakeland, GA. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers Jack M. Leggett and T. J. Leggett.
