Of Ray City, GA passed away early Wednesday morning November 6, 2013 at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born May 13, 1946 in Wilson, NC to the late Aubrey Victor, Sr. and Edna Machell Price Eason. He was retired with Civil Service from the United States Government.
