Of Valdosta went to rest in the arms of Jesus, Saturday, October 18, 2014 at her daughter's residence surrounded by those who loved her. She was born in Tampa, FL on August 17, 1926 to the late Wilbur Daniel & Malinda Moore Gray. She was a homemaker and a member of the Rosedale Church of God. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her Husband, Lawton Henry Gaskins, Son Lawton Lavern Gaskins, Grandson Dewayne Garner, Granddaughter Brenda Joiner Strickland, Misti Hall Wyno, Sisters Lila Mae Mathis and Laura Jean Steinmetz, Brothers, Luther Riggins, Bernice Riggins and Charles Mote.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 1:00P.M. In the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery in Berrien County. The family will receive friends from 5:00P.M to 7:00P.M Wednesday October 22, 2014 at the Funeral Home.
