Autumn Rae Schmid, 10, of Valdosta, GA passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at South Georgia Medical Center. Autumn was born on February 28, 2013 in Savannah, GA to Michael Schmid and Vangie Vickers. Autumn was a 4th grader at Clyattville Elementary School where she was a member of the Jr. Beta Club and Guitar Club. She lived life to the fullest and touched everyone's heart that she met. She loved her family, friends, and her dog, Beau. She enjoyed spending her days at the lake with her daddy and having spa days at home with her mama and little sister. She loved playing softball with her team.

She is survived by her mother, Vangie Vickers of Valdosta, GA; father, Michael Schmid, Jr. of Cumming, GA; sister, Lyla Blu Prine of Valdosta, GA; paternal grandparents, Mike and Debbie Schmid of Cumming, GA, maternal grandparents Lanny and Becky Pike of Valdosta, GA; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
