Benjamin Marion Freeman, Jr.

Benjamin Freeman Jr., age 85, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026. He was born in Savannah, Georgia on August 5, 1940, to parents, Benjamin Freeman Sr. and Evelyn Freeman (Armstrong).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Freeman Sr. and Evelyn Freeman, and brother, David Freeman.

He is survived by Daughter; Lisa Dawn (Dayna) of Gulf Port, Florida, Son; Michael Freeman (Lisa) of Dade City, Florida, Son; Tony Freeman (Jennifer) of Leesville, South Carolina, Son; Jonathan Freeman (Jennifer) of Atlanta, Georgia, Grandson; Mark Anthony Freeman, Granddaughter; Addison Freeman, Great Granddaughter; Paislee, and Nieces; Kimberly Power and Jennifer Freeman.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday April 11, 2026, at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery in Savannah, Georgia.
