He was born in Atkinson County, GA on June 20, 1928 to the late Marion and Ariel Basden Royals. He worked with Browning Logging for many years in Perry, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Royals.
Survivors Include:2 Daughters & Son-in-law, Darlene & Corey Rouse, Lakeland, GA, Anita Pruitt, Lakeland, GA; Son, Buddy Royals; 4 Grandchildren: Samantha Williams Jason, Tammy Roberts, Johnny Carter & Daniel Rouse; 5 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Lilly Stapleton, Waycross, GA
Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, April 9, 2012 in the Pisgah Cemetery in Perry, FL. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Monday, April 9, 2012 at the funeral home.
