Of Hahira, Ga passed away Monday, November 10, 2014 in the Memorial Hospital of Adel after a sudden illness. He was born on August 8, 1959 in Valdosta, GA to the late Leon Mixon Sr. & Jeanette Green Freeman. He worked as a mechanic with Quick Motors in Adel, GA.

Survivors Include: 2 Sisters & Brother-in-law: Nelda "Jean" Hutto, Valdosta, Betty & Bently Parker, Hahira; 2 Brothers: Buddy Ward, Kansas, Leon Mixon Freeman Jr., Valdosta; Special Friend: Rose Bowen, Valdosta; Nieces and Nephews: Barbara Hernandez Steven, William Hutto Jr., LaWanda Howard, Brenda Mulkey Paul, Jessica Freeman, Kristin Rothrock Rocky, Staci Purvis Ross and Chad Freeman Kristina and many grand nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 13, 2014 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services.
