Of Valdosta passed away Thursday, January 05, 2006 in Archbald Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA. after a brief illness. She was born on August 27, 1922 in Fargo, GA. Ms. Carter lived in Valdosta for the last 10 years, but had lived in Homerville most of her life. She was a member of New Vision Church of God in Homerville and was attending Brownings Chapel Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Carter.
