Betty Jean Boyette

Betty Jean Boyette, 86, Of New Smyrna Beach, Florida passed away on November 5, 2021. She was born on October 21, 1935 to the late Jonnie (Sirmans) and Johnny Howard Boyette. She enjoyed reading, playing the piano and socializing at board meetings. Betty worked at Braille and Talking Book Library in Daytona Beach, Florida where she had many responsibilities and always looked after others. She always took pride in her work and never left anything un-finished.
Her survivors include, her brother, Howard “Buddy” Boyette (Susan) and family of Lake Park, Georgia; sister, Barbara Strawder of Lake City, Florida; nephews: Randy Strawder, John Strawder; great nephew, Jacob Strawder.
As per her wishes, she will be cremated and a private graveside service will be held at Burnt Church Cemetery, Lakeland, Georgia.
