Of Lakeland, GA passed away Friday February 17, 2017 at her residence. She was born on November 25, 1932 in Plant City, Florida to the late Jesse Grooms and Minnie Johnson Grooms. She loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Lovejoy Community Church, where she was an original prayer warrior and was dedicated to the work of the church. She retired from Florida Tile after a number of years. Along with her parents, Mrs. Chadwick is preceded in death by her Husband, Wilbur Lee Chadwick.
Survivors include: Sons: Robert Davis Jr. Lakeland FL, James Davis Lakeland FL., Daughters: Barbara Flores, Lakeland FL., Linda Kirkland Brunswick Ga., Special Nephew: Wayne and Joy Chadwick Lakeland GA. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Beaver Dam Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 1:00 until 2:00P.M. at the funeral home. As per Mrs. Chadwick's wishes in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
