Of Valdosta passed away Friday, December 16, 2016 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born in Echols County, GA on April 14, 1942 to the late Walter & Lorene Tomlinson Phillips. She loved flowers, bird watching and cooking for family and friends.
Survivors Include: Daughter, Yvonne Ethridge, Port Orange, FL; 2 Sons & Daughters-in-law: Rexall "Rex" & Sue Ethridge, Sylvester, GA, Phil & Lisa Ethridge, Valdosta; 8 Grandchildren: Casey W. Ethridge, Jessica Allen Derek, Ashley Holton Johnny, Allyson CarverRicky, Chad Hopkins Danielle, Kiley Peer, Haley Ethridge and Browning Ethridge; 9 Great Grandchildren; Sister, June Phillips, Havanna, FL; Brother, Carol & Carolyn Phillips, Deland, FL and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 19, 2016 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
