Betty Jean Holland – 84
Of Nashville, GA passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born on October 20, 1934 in Walhalla, SC to the late Dennis and Lillie (Coker) Worley. She retired from Lanier County Health Services Food Service. Betty had a green thumb, she loved planting flowers and could grow anything. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by Husbands: Hamp Joyce, Marvin Holland; Daughters: Barbra Kozritaz, Susan Stone; Sister: Jonell Goss; Brothers: Dennis Worley, James Worley, Roy Worley, Victor Worley.
Survivors include: Son: Bobby Joyce, Nashville, GA; 3 Grandchildren: Erin Johnston, Shavallaine Stone, Shalese Adcock (David); 3 Great Grandchildren: Lilly Johnston, Ashley Johnston, Reese Adcock; Sister: Patsey Manley, South Carolina and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 11, 2019 in the Greenlawn Cemetery. No formal visitation will be held. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . The Holland Family is being served by the professional and caring staff of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta.
