Of Valdosta passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in the Suwanee Health and Rehab Center in Live Oak, Florida. She was born on November 16, 1942 in Valdosta, Georgia to the late Louise Winters and Jeff Gray, Sr. She was a homemaker, she was Baptist by faith enjoyed crafts and also helped her husband build and install cabinets. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Ray Kennan, sister, Mamie Whiddon, and brother Robert Gray.
Survivors include: brother Jeff Gray, Jr. and wife Retha of Valdosta, Georgia; niece, Vicky Montgomery and husband Wayne of Valdosta; nephew Van Whiddon and wife Shirley of Valdosta, Georgia; niece Tammy Christie and husband Jurgen of Valdosta, Georgia; nephew Danny Whiddon and wife Karen of Dallas, Texas and niece Maria Corbett and husband Howard of Osceola, Arkansas.
Memorialization will be by cremation and private memorial service will be held at a later time. Kind words and expressions of sympathy may be left for the family at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
