Betty Sue Marshall

Betty Sue Marshall – 83 of Lake Park passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Atkinson County on February 3, 1929 and was the daughter of the late David Jonah and Caroline Lucinda Flanders Delk. Mrs. Marshall was a member of Francis Lake Baptist Church. Her love of God and Family were most precious to her. She is preceded in death by her husband Hugh Morrow Marshall and eleven siblings.

Her survivors include:Daughters & Son in Law-Marilyn & Robert Register, Hahira, GA, Carolyn Marshall, Colquitt County, GA, Son & Daughter in Law-Bryan & Sheila Marshall, Hartsville, SC: 7 Grandchildren-Keith Hiers, Darren Hiers Kacey, Greg Register Melissa, Melanie McGinnis, Kimberly Cone Eric, Luke Marshall, Jenny Cantrell Evan; Great Grandchildren-Evan Hiers, Anna Hiers, Marley Cone, Nathan Cone, Alyssa McGinnis, Emma Register, Abby Register, Lucie Cone, Alex Cantrell; Sister-Willie Mae Tomlinson, Valdosta, GA; A number of Beloved Nieces and Nephews

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services.
