Joyce Ridley – 66 of Valdosta passed away Thursday September 25, 2003 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Worth County, Georgia and had lived in Valdosta most of her life. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Ridley, Valdosta, Georgia, daughter & son-in-law, Renee & Woody Stewart, Gainesville, Georgia, 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Tom & Carla Ridley, Valdosta, Georgia, Ken & Barbara Ridley, Demorest, Georgia, 5 grandchildren, David, Mark & Matt Ridley and Tony & Daniel Stewart, step grandson, James Payne, 2 brothers, Bobby Christmas, McClenny, Florida, Loyd Christmas, Midland, Texas, 3 sisters, Sara Toole, Albany, Georgia, Louise Lasseter, Albany, Georgia, Geraldine Lasseter, Odessa, Texas,
Funeral services were held at 3:00 P.M. September 28, 2003 at First Freewill Baptist Church with burial following in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
