Of Valdosta passed away early Sunday, April 12, 2009 morning in Lakehaven Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born May 4, 1927 in Fulton County, Georgia to the late Alfred and Nell Lovelace Chesser. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Ferman E. Pete White.
