Of Valdosta passed away Monday, January 02, 2012 in South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on July 11, 1946 in Statesboro, GA to the late Raymond & Juanita Cowart Buckley. Mr. Buckley owned and operated Whitewater Construction. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Sonja Buckley.
He is survived by his, Daughters & Sons-in-law, Robin & Trey English, Lake Park, GA, Kim & Terry Watson, Lake Park, GA, Brandi & Raymond Upchurch, Clyattville, GA; Son & Daughter-in-law, Dave & Shellie Buckley, Naylor, GA; Step Daughter, Cindy & Barry Belcastro, Maryland; Step Son, Teddy & Tori Prescott, Ray City, GA; Grandchildren Joseph White, Bryer White, Hunter English, Brandon Nash, Kynlee Watson, Taylor Watson, Isabella Upchurch, Denver Brooks, David Buckley, Jr., Whitney Crawford, Haley Crawford, Morgan Buckley, Madison Ingrao, Brooke Wagner, Alex Fulford, Benjamin Prescott and Sonja Prescott
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in Lake Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the funeral home.
