Of Nashville, Georgia passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born August 14, 1931 in Berrien County, Georgia to the late Burton and Alberta Browning Rewis. He was retired from the United States Army.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday September 6, 2010 in the New Bethel Baptist Church in Lowndes County, GA with burial in Fender Cemetery near Lakeland. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P. M. Sunday.
