Billy Young – 60
Of Pearson, GA passed away on September 9, 2019 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born on February 18, 1959 in Waco, TX to the late Noah Young and Elise Fulghum. Billy worked in construction all of his life but mostly in Drywall. He loved anything to do with the outdoors especially camping, fishing and hunting. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Tosha Morgan.
Survivors include: Wife: Tamara Young of Lakeland, GA; Sons and Daughters-in-law: Josh Young of Lakeland, GA, Jacob and Ashley Young of Lakeland, GA, Jordan Young of Pearson, GA, Matthew King of Nashville, GA; Daughter: Kaia Kashula of Pearson, GA; Grandchildren: Allison Young, Audrey Young, Drake Young, Jaden Young, Ava Layne Young; Mother of Children: Melody Register (Glyn) of Lakeland, Ga; Daughter-in-law: Felicia Young of Lakeland, GA; Sisters and Brothers-in-law: Susan and Jamie Merritt of Pensacola, FL, Dory Cole (Cesar Roperto) of Jacksonville, FL, Michelle Vaughn of Pensacola, FL; Brothers and Sister-in-Law: Mark Young of Alabama, Jeff and Tracie Smith of North Carolina; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 13, 2019 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in the Empire Cemetery.
