Bobbie A. Dodge – 86 of Lake Park, GA passed away on December 11, 2018 at the Fellowship Home. She was born on October 25, 1932 in Asheville, NC to the late Hillard and Virginia Dare (Green) Brock. Bobbie loved God, her family and gospel music. Her past hobbies were golfing with senior ladies and working with her flowers. She loved all the travels with her late husband, Harlan and friends. Her kind spirit seemed to be her greatest gift. Along with her parents and husband, Harlan, she was preceded in death by her son, Doug Clark, father of her children, Jimmie Clark, and her furbabies: Abbey, Sissy & Jock.
Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Gail and Phillip Moore, Lake Park, GA; Grandchildren: Corky Bonner (John), Lake Park, GA, Susie Dodge (Joe Gallerizzo), Fernandina Beach, FL, Greg Dodge (Sheri), Tallahassee, FL, Jay Dodge (Meghan), Eugene, OR, Stephen Dodge, Columbus, OH, Mike Dodge (Libby), Upper Arlington, OH; Great Grandchildren: Parker Bonner, Cole Bonner, Devin Gallerizzo, Samantha Gallerizzo, Gillian Dodge, Shelby Dodge, Kyle Dodge, Beckett Dodge, Finley Dodge, Jack Dodge & Brady Dodge; Brother & Sister-in-law: E.H. “Bud” & Faye Brock, Liberty, SC; Stepsons: Harlan B. Dodge, Jr. (Suzanne), Land O Lakes, FL, David Dodge (Carol), Columbus, OH & Special Friends: Vickie Franks, Ryder Franks & Tate Franks
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 17, 2018 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. As per her wishes, she will be cremated and placed next to her husband, Harlan Dodge, Sr. in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . In lieu of flowers please make donations to Corinth Baptist Church. The family would like to give a special thanks to all her Fellowship Home family and to Bethany Hospice for her care during her last weeks. The compassionate and caring staff of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta is serving Ms. Dodge’s family.
