Bobbie Charlotte Howell - 70
Of Valdosta, GA passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Langdale Hospice House after an extended battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born June 21st, 1948 in Dothan, AL to Reginal and Nadine (Collins) Watkins. Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Watkins. Bobbie was an Accountant for Accelerated Builders prior to her retirement in 2013. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Bobbie had a huge positive impact on all the lives she touched. She was a genuinely happy person that never met a stranger and always went out of her way to help people. She was a devout Christian that loved God first and foremost. Her Grandchildren meant the world to her and she meant the world to all of us. Our lives will forever be blessed. The family would like to give a big thank you to Langdale Hospice House and the staff. We sincerely appreciate all the love, care, support and dedication they showed her and our family.
Survivors include: Husband of 52 years, Bobby Howell of Valdosta, GA; Sons and Daughters-in-Law, Shan and Janet Howell of Lake Park, GA, Mounty and Marnie Howell of Valdosta, GA; Grandchildren: Dalton, Walker, Raine, Jayden, Lillie and Jaden; Mother, Nadine Watkins of Dothan, AL; Special Niece, Deborah Enfinger of Lake Park, GA; Brothers and Sisters-in-Law, Joel and Gloria Watkins of Dothan, AL, Craig and Melinda Watkins of Dothan, AL; Sisters and Brothers-in-Law, Beverly and Don McJunkins of Dothan, AL, Terry and Charles McKissack of Dothan, AL; And numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 1, 2019 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
