Bobby Jack Boyd

Bobby Jack Boyd, Of Valdosta, GA passed away early Wednesday morning, September 26, 2018 at his residence. He was born on February 22, 1958 in Lakeland, GA to Jasper and Susie (Terry) Boyd. He was a heavy equipment operator and drove log trucks for Sandlin Logging Company. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Sherman David Boyd.

Survivors include his sister, Gail Boyd Dinkins of Lakeland, GA; Brothers, Jasper Boyd, Jr of Lakeland, GA,
Randy and Sherry Boyd of Valdosta, GA, Albert Boyd of Lakeland, GA; Brother-in-law, Markus Carter of Lake Park, GA; Caregiver/Niece, Dena Howell of Valdosta, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Redland Baptist Church with burial to follow in Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
