Bobby Joe Pittman

Bobby Joe Pittman – 71 of Hahira, GA passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on December 18, 1946 in Jennings, FL to the late Clifford and Lucille (Coggins) Pittman. In his early years he owned and operated several gas stations in Valdosta including Gulf and BP. Later in life he owned and operated of B & B Acoustics in Valdosta. While not working he enjoyed attending NASCAR races and watching Georgia Football. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Pittman and a son, Todd Pittman.
Survivors include his Daughter & Son-in-Law, Brooke & David Jordan of Valdosta, GA; Sisters & Brothers-in-Law, Bertha & Tillman Heard of Selmer, TN, Glenda & Dennis Foster of Charleston, SC, Charlotte & Howard Swain of Murfreesboro, TN; Grandchildren, Jake Jordan and Ginger Jordan and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the funeral home. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
