Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Pruitthealth-Crestwood. He was born on May 21, 1947 in Lakeland, GA to the late Shelton James Skinner and Armittie Lancaster Skinner. He was veteran and served in the United States Army. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette Sirmans; 2 brothers, J.W. Skinner and J.C. Skinner.
Survivors include: Sister, Doris Cumbus of Valdosta, GA; Brother, Ronald Skinner of Ray City, GA; Brother, Shelton Skinner, Jr. of Pearson, GA; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in the chapel of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta with a private burial.
