Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at his residence. He was born on January 23, 1930 in Mingo, WV to Wallace James and Rose Ann Gilliam Southers. He served in the United States Air Force. Bobby loved hunting, fishing and riding around hunting his next fishing hole. He loved his dog Jo-Jo. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Southers, a daughter, Vickie Southers, brothers. sisters and daughters-in-laws, Melinda Southers and Sandy Southers.
His survivors include: Daughters & Sons-in-Law, Connie & Pat McCord of Brunswick, GA, Debra & Bobby Price of Brunswick, GA, Brenda & Race Trent of Brunswick, GA, Teresa & Greg Daniels of Bainbridge, GA; Sons & Daughters-in-Law, Bill Southers of Valdosta, GA, Ronnie Southers of Valdosta, GA, David & Debra Southers of Valdosta, GA, Robert Southers of Brunswick, GA; 30 Grandchildren; 31 Great Grandchildren; Brother & Sister-in-Law, James & Helen Southers of Orient, OH; Brother-in-Law & sister-in-Law, Greg & Carol Pinson of Ft. Gay, WV; Fishing Buddy & Special Nephew, Steve Southers of Valdosta, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.
