Brinda Vaughn Miley

Brinda Vaughn Miley, 70 of Lakeland, GA, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Southwell Rehabilitation Center in Adel, GA. Brinda was born to the late John A. and Ruth Vaughn on April 12, 1956, in Lakeland, GA. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, loved nursing, enjoyed birds, dogs and gardening. Brinda also loved to travel to the Smokey Mountains, had a deep relationship with her Lord and Savior, and never met a stranger. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara May and grandson, David Levin Pafford, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 15 years, David Miley of Lakeland, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, David Pafford (Penny) of Lakeland, GA, John Pafford (Heather) of Lakeland, GA, Bob Pafford (Tiffany) of Leesburg, GA, Chris Miley (Angie) of Moultrie, GA, Joe Miley (Lisa) of Fleming Island, FL, Billy Miley (Felicia) of Tifton, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Pafford, Taylor Pafford, Kaitlyn Pafford, Harrison Pafford, Madison Pafford, Gabrielle Pafford, Maddox Pafford, Benny Pafford, Chasyn Miley, Keeley Miley, Vann Pitts, Quint Pitts, Jacob Miley; great grandchildren, Lillian Belle Pafford and Denver Miley; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the chapel of Music Funeral Services of Lakeland, GA. The family will receive friends and guests from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2026, at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral service at Woodlawn Cemetery in Adel, GA.
