Of Lakeland passed away Tuesday April 25, 2006 after a lengthy illness in the Louis Smith Memorial Hospital. He was born September 6, 1949 in Lowndes County, Georgia to the late LeRoy & Gloria Parrish Howell. He worked with the City of Lakeland Water & Sewer Department for many years. He was Baptist by faith and was a member of the Pool Leagues.
