Of Lakeland passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Langdale Hospice House after a lengthy illness. He was born on September 9, 1969 in Lakeland. He had lived in Lakeland for most of his life. Carl worked as an automotive mechanic. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Dent.
Survivors include: 2 sons: Chaiz Dent, Donaldsonville, GA, Blaiz Dent, Donaldsonville, GA; 2 daughters: Stephanie Dent, Bradenton, FL, Mallorie Dent, Rhode Island; Sister & Brother-in-law: Kim & Ben Bruce, Lakeland; Mother: Marilynn Stanko, Michigan; Step Mom: Reba Dent, Lakeland and a number of nieces, nephews and other family members.
As per his wishes he will be cremated and no formal services will be held. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 2263 Pineview Dr., Valdosta, GA 31602. Music Funeral Services, Lakeland is serving the Dent Family.
