Carl Edward Good

Carl Edward Good, age 79, of Pavo, Georgia, passed away, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Shans Hospital in Gainesville, Florida after a brief illness. Carl was born on September 25, 1941 in Manhattan, New York to the late Margaret Elizabeth Vertes and Edward Good. He was a retired truck driver. He was a loving husband, loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed being outside and cutting his grass, loved to fish and enjoyed horseback riding. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.
Survivors include his loving wife of twenty-three years, Charlene Dunn Good of Pavo, Georgia; two sons, Rodney Ward and wife Rose of Valdosta, Georgia and Matt Selen and wife Kamree of Valdosta, Georgia; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
