Carol Deen Dinkins- 65
Of Valdosta passed away Thursday May 24, 2007 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on September 16, 1941 in Thomasville, GA to the late Albert & Mildred Deen. Before retiring Mrs. Dinkins taught school for 30 years. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Survivors include:Husband, Lonnie Dinkins, Valdosta, GA, Daughter & Son-in-law, Deen & Eric McClintock, Marietta, GA, Son & Daughter-in-law, Chuck & Trish Dinkins Valdosta, GA, 3 Grandchildren: Aidan, Emily & Laurenm A number of nieces and nephews
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 26, 2007 in the St. John Catholic Church with Father John OBrien officiating. Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery in Adel at 3:00 P.M. A wake service was held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, May 25, 2007 in the St. John Catholic Church with the family receiving friends following the service until 8:00 P.M.
