Carolyn Kay Culpepper- 57
Of Lake Park passed away Monday, May 26, 2008, in the Langdale Hospice House after a brief illness. She was born on November 14, 1950 in Panama City, FL to the late Frank Downey and Madelea Lena Guy Brumfield. She was a house wife, was Baptist by faith, and enjoyed cooking, yard work, and flowers. She was preceded in death by a son, Wade Culpepper, and a brother, Danny Brumfield.
Survivors Include: daughter, Donna Culpepper, Hahira, Ga, grandsons, Zakkorey Sloan Herring, Ohio, Brandon Herring, Ohio, sister , Lena Gale Blades, Valdosta, Ga, brothers, Frank Brumfield, Colorado, Paul Brumfield, Hahira, Ga, J.C. Brumfield, Warner Robins, Ga, a number of nieces and nephews.
As per Mrs. Culpepper's wishes she will be cremated. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 31, 20078 in Friendship Cemetery with Pastor Brett Jarriel officiating.
