Cathy Marie Hall Owings

Cathy Hall Owings, age 67, of Lakeland, Georgia, passed away peacefully surrounded by family the evening of Monday, October 12, 2026. She was born to loving parents, Ira Dean and Marie Carlton Dean in Dade, FL on December 17, 1958. She was preceded in death by her beloved late husband, Jimmy Hall; parents; siblings, Shell Dean, Ray Dean, Mildred Dean, Shirley Hawkins, Linda Sirmans, Carroll Dean, son-in-law, Chris Bailey.

Cathy is survived by her husband, Arron Owings; children, Carroll (Amanda), Victor (Dondi), Ray, Cathy (Brian), Kimberly, Shirley (Daniel), Kelly (Reghan), Jody (Joy), Jonah (Krissi); and sister, Iris Joiner and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
