Of Valdosta passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008 in Smith Northview Hospital after a sudden illness. She was born in Orlando, FL on April 14, 1959 to Thomas & Judy Ann Woodward. Mrs. Miller was a first grade school teacher at Quitman Elementary School for 26 years. She enjoyed teaching and could not wait to get to school. She loved her students and affectionately called them her "Babies". Cathy truly was one of a kind; she had a big heart and loved to help others.
Mrs. Miller was survived by her, husband, Radar Miller, Jr., Valdosta, GA, step-daughter, Linda Miller-McKie, Atlanta, GA, sister, Charlena Engle, Williston, FL, mother-in-law, Thelma Davis, Valdosta, GA, nephew, Tommy Woodward, Williston, FL
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 9, 2008 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the funeral home. As per her wishes she will be cremated following services and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
