Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Pavo, GA on January 9, 1941 to Mayo and Nathalee Truett Cooper. Mr. Cooper was retired from the United States Army and he was the owner of Cooper Heating & Air. He was a member of the Azalea City Church of God. He was preceded in death by a sister, Merle Hall, and two brothers, Danny Cooper and Morris Cooper.
His survivors include, Wife, Ellen Cooper of Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Pam Beckmann of Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Maria Cooper of Valdosta, GA; Grandchild, Levi McKinney of Valdosta, GA; Grandchild, Jessica Corley of Valdosta, GA; Grandchild, Mercedese Lehrer of Valdosta, GA; Grandchild, Jaden Cowan of Rhode Island; Grandchild, Kinsley Sheldon of Rhode Island; Sister, Annette Booth of Moultrie, GA; and Sister, Delores Cooper of Doerun, GA;
