Of Valdosta passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009 in South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in Farmington, Iowa on September 6, 1924 to the late Henry H. & Cora M. Lawson Droege. Mr. Droege served in the United States Navy in World War II. He was a member of Past Master of Harmony Lodge #61 in Denver, CO., El Jebel Shrine in Denver, CO, the VFW, American Legion Post #13, The Moose Lodge, National Association Retired Federal Employee Chapter # 1044, Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, S.J. USA, Georgia Lodge of Research, Moose Lodge 1432, Kahoka, MO and a member of Bemiss Road United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his, Wife, Marko Droege, Valdosta, GA; Sons, Dennis Droege, San Bruno, CA, Jerrold Droege, San Bruno, CA, Lorne Droege, San Bruno, CA,; Daughter, Macy Droege, Seattle, WA; Step-Son, Michael Bamburg, Valdosta, GA, 6 Grandchildren; Nephew, Gerald Droege, Memphis, MO, Wayne & Barbara Howell, Cassville, MO, Donald Howell, Luray, MO, Lloyd Droege, Ashton, IL; Nieces, Betty Droege, Ashton, IL, Maryland Bramett, Ashton, IL; Great Nieces, Stacy & Chris White, Mt.
