Chester Leggett – 75 Of Lakeland, GA passed away on Friday August 23, 2019 at The Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald, GA after a lengthy illness. He was born on February 14, 1944 in Lakeland, GA to the late William J. and Trudie (Dorminey) Leggett. Chester was a mechanic for Western Auto. Along with his parents his he proceeded in death by his brothers, Billy, Jack, Arcey Leggett, and Sister-In-Law Geraldine Leggett.
Survivors include: Brothers, Howard Leggett of Lakeland, GA, Vernon Dorminey of Valdosta, GA, Calvin Dorminey of Valdosta, GA; Nephew, Russell Dorminey of Valdosta, GA; Niece, Sylvia Roberts of Naylor, GA; Great Nephews Kaleb Tomlinson and Cain Roberts of Naylor, GA.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, in the Music Funeral Services, Lakeland Chapel. Private Burial will follow.
