Passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Blank was born on January, 20, 1962 to Carol Ann Blank and the late William Fredrick Blank. He loved fishing, camping, Star Trek, Star Wars and anything Marvel. Along with his father he is preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Reeves and his grandparents.
His survivors include his loving wife, Jean Hart Blank of Lakeland, Georgia; sons, Matthew Blank (Jamie Lee Bolling-Blank) of Lakeland, Georgia and Christopher Scott Blank, Jr of Claxton, Georgia; Grandchildren, Skyla Blank of Lakeland, Georgia; Mother, Carol Ann Blank of Lemoore, California; Mother-In-Law, Shirley Hart of Lakeland, Georgia, Brother-In-Laws, Bob Reeves of Michigan, Larry Hart (Joyce) of Lakeland, Georgia, Terrell Hart (Tammy) of Pavo, Georgia and Chris Hart (Arlene) of Lakeland, Georgia
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday October 25, 2021 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services.
