Christopher James Hoch – 44
Of Remerton, GA passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center. Chris graduated Seabreeze High School in Daytona, FL where he played all sports and especially loved football. He moved to Valdosta to attend Valdosta State College (now University) where he met and married the love of his life, Amanda. Mr. Hoch had a degree from Daytona State College in video production that led to his operation and ownership of King’s Eye Productions as a Producer and Director. He also had freelance work with NFL Network, ESPN, Fox Sports, UFC, BET, and more.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Amanda Hoch and their children Caroline, C.J., Jr. and Wilson, all of Remerton, GA; Father, Bradford James Hoch of Port Orange, FL; Mother, Sharlene Adair Laughlin of Saint Johns, FL; Step-Mother, Josie Hoch of Port Orange, FL; Mother- in- law, Yvonne Huffstickler of Carrollton, GA; Father- in- law, Lynn Huffstickler of Newnan, GA; and a number of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the Valdosta chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Messages of sympathy may be expressed to the family by visiting
